Shri. S Jayachandran founded Alamelu Ammal Educational Trust in 2005 in remembrance of his mother, Smt. Alamelu Ammal. Since its founding, J.N.N. Trust's "Institutions" have been dedicated to providing outstanding education to the nation's future.

The Trust opened J.N.N Arts and Sciences Women's College to its first students in 2017 to encourage them to become dynamic leaders and compassionate people. Tamil Nadu and the University of Madras approve the college.
